Ship's cook

The goal of the present training course is to update trainees with a
certificate issued under International Convention 1946 "Ship's cook"
to new standard prescribed into MLC-2006

Safety & food handling system

During the course, trainees will have the opportunity to improve their
knowledge in specific questions about Ship’ Sanitation System,
requirements of the system and how they relate to their work

Vessel food sanitation system course

Training program include follows sections:
Sanitary requirements to public catering establishments;
Sanitary requirements to production and realization of culinary products;
Sanitary requirements to basic personal hygiene;
Food handling, food
